Very qualified and experienced massage therapist and osteopath with a wealth of knowledge. Ruben took particular care to identify the source of my issues and tailored the treatment focused on these. He gave me many tips and even recommended stretching exercises to help manage and reduce the pain. Would highly recommend.

On time and very calm and polite . I booked Ruben as i thought it would be advantageous to have someone with osteopath / combined massage experience . He initially consulted whether there was anything specific , ie injuries etc or problem areas . He went from there . Was very thorough , powerful and strong enough to go deeper but not overdoing it if it’s abit much . He concluded the massage with some exercises and advice in adequate maintenance of my areas . Would recommend . Very easy going and polite and professional .
