Who is Ruben?

I was born and raised in Portugal, where I graduated as a therapist. I've had the opportunity to live in other countries such as Spain and Cape Verde, which allowed me to get to know other cultures and carry out my work in different environments. Last year I moved to London, the city where my fiancée was living. I recently got married, and I am starting my activity.

I'm currently providing services of Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology. 

I have training in Osteopathy, but currently I'm not exercising.

I will use this blog to give you more insight of my work and my activities.
